The fashion world, celebrities, entertainment and business industries took center stage at the Hana launch at the Rizal Ballroom of Shangri-La Hotel on February 4, 2014.
Together with lifestyle magazines Preview, Mega and Metro, Hana brought together designers Joey Samson, JC Buendia and Randy Ortiz to stage a three-part spectacle that celebrated the natural charm and elegance of hair. It was the sparkling beginning of Hana’s #NoFilterBeauty campaign, which encourages people to embrace their natural beauty and upload unfiltered or unaltered pictures of themselves on their social media pages. The best photo would be given prizes.
Bouncy and straight hair that fell smoothly over the shoulders crowned models who paraded in Joey Samson’s white, exquisitely clean creations. The captivating simplicity captured Preview’s style for the season.
Mega Magazine’s current look shone when models walked down the ramp in corporate chic ensembles designed by JC Buendia. The female models sported dainty buns and neat ponytails.
The final performance was all about glamor. Gentlemen with slicked back hair and ladies with dramatic locks flaunted old world elegance in black suits and dresses made by Randy Ortiz, matching Metro’s signature style of the moment.
